Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand our presence within existing schools and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

  1. You will proactively identify and close opportunities to expand our footprint within existing schools.
  2. Lead upsell conversations and product demonstrations tailored to school needs and goals.
  3. Maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline in CRM software, tracking all upsell deals and monitoring progress.
  4. Engage regularly with schools to resolve challenges, highlight the value of our products, and secure renewals.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our impact and ensuring we have a strong presence in the market.
About You

A proven track record of identifying upsell opportunities, growing accounts, and achieving quotas is essential for this role. Additionally, a deep understanding of the K-12 Australian education landscape and the challenges schools face is crucial. Experience leading sales conversations and product demos, along with demonstrated success in building long-term partnerships with customers, is also required.
