As an Education Sector Growth Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success within the education sector. You will foster strong relationships with customers, identify opportunities for solution adoption, and provide exceptional customer service as a trusted advisor.

  • Engage with customers through regular outreach calls to ensure account health and explore new opportunities for our solutions.
  • Drive business growth by focusing on retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the education sector.
  • Build credibility and trust with key customer stakeholders through relationship-building and communication.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM software, including forecasting, opportunity progression, and account reviews.
  • Understand customer needs by identifying solutions that address their goals and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that generate interest and drive sales.
  • Nurture the sales pipeline through proactive engagement, timely opportunity closure, and adapting to evolving business needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales account management and new business prospecting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities.
  • Experience in application software and services sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Target-driven results with a high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously while seeking guidance when needed, with strong communication and presentation skills.
