We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling and Service Manager to join our organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and service team's day-to-day work, building relationships with stakeholders, clients, internal teams, sub-contractors, and delivery partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction industry, particularly in new home build, domestic roofing, or residential roofing. They will be responsible for managing a small team, developing their skills, and ensuring the smooth running of the workflow.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the scheduling and service team's day-to-day work
  • Build relationships with all stakeholders, clients, internal teams, subbies, and delivery partners
  • Ensure the workflow and procurements are smooth running and efficient
  • Be responsible for the entire workflow, ensuring what is scheduled is what is being delivered on-site
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure sufficient lead times, subby numbers, and the smooth delivery from all parties
  • Encourage and promote a good working relationship with builders, subbies, and suppliers

**Requirements:**

  • Experience within the construction industry, particularly in new home build, domestic roofing, or residential roofing
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • High level of organizational skills
