Senior Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Professional to provide expert guidance and support across our construction and maintenance projects.
- This role requires an experienced individual with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management to lead our teams in ensuring a safe working environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Proactively address and anticipate HSE issues on site, ensuring effective communication and education of project personnel.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans, policies, and systems to meet project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and compliance metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead HSE training and toolbox talks, ensuring personnel meet regulatory requirements.
- Investigate incidents and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improved HSE performance.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a proven track record in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
