Job Summary

The Digital Claims Coordinator is accountable for managing a comprehensive portfolio of insurance claims from inception to resolution. This role entails conducting thorough assessments of insured properties, utilizing advanced software and/or expert reports provided by our panel suppliers.

  • Investigate property damage and determine the most cost-effective repair methods in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Produce detailed reports outlining cause, coverage, damage, and optimal repair strategies.
  • Review scope of works and expert opinions to ensure timely and efficient claim resolutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners, including local authorities and third-party building surveyors.
  • Negotiate and define project scope and associated costs with key stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end claim processes, incorporating quality, service, and cost controls in partnership with the Claims Operations Team.
  • Meet consistent performance targets through adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver high-quality reports, review Statements of Work (SOWs), and documentations within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This position demands prior experience working within the insurance, construction, or building industry, as well as exceptional customer service and supplier relationship management skills.
