Desktop Assessor

Office based in Macquarie Park with WFH 2 days a week
- Investigate your own portfolio of strata claims
- Permanant full time or part time position

**The Client**:

- My Client is a small Loss Adjusting firm who have recently moved to Macquarie Park who are expanding their team.
- You will conduct desktop investigations in the strata space. You will be responsible for determining the cause and extent of damage, as well as determining liability.

**The Role**:

- Permanant position
- Provide office based assessment and investigation of strata insurance losses
- Investigate claims through multiple methods such as interviewing claimants and witnesses, obtaining official reports, inspecting physical damage, comparing claim information with evidence.
- Provide support and advice to policy holders

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience managing property claims
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to make informed decisions in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- An understanding of insurance industry
- A sound general insurance background
