We are looking for a highly skilled Hotel/Pub Operations Manager to join our team at a reputable hotel group.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience, be highly motivated, customer focused and target driven. If you are a great team player with a drive to succeed, work to high standards, take pride in your work and responsibilities, have strong leadership skills and want to progress your career, then this is the position for you.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.
  • Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Supervise staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that company standards are adhered to at all times, and promoting a harmonious team environment.
  • Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead by example and take responsibility and accountability for outcomes.
  • Be willing to manage events and contribute to marketing ideas to drive guest experience and business results.
  • Be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays as rostered.
  • Maintain professional presentation and grooming at all times and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in food and beverage management in a high-calibre hotel venue with a minimum of two years' experience.
  • Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
  • Experience in managing events and implementing marketing ideas is advantageous.
  • High standard of customer service, clear communication, and professional presentation.
  • Committed, trustworthy and responsible with flexibility to work a rotating roster.
  • Australian National Police Check within the last 3 months.
