**General Manager Opportunity**

This is a key leadership position that requires a high level of business acumen and the ability to drive hotel operations to achieve financial success.

As an owner's representative, you will partner with the Chief Operating Officer to oversee and improve all aspects of hotel operations, including reviewing products and offerings, assessing guest satisfaction levels, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial performance and increase revenue
  • Leading and guiding hotel management teams to enhance their understanding of hotel and F&B operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
