Operations Administrator Role OverviewAbout the Position

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations function. The successful candidate will work closely with local site transport and the warehousing team to deliver a range of general administration duties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Complete all administrative tasks within agreed timeframes.
  • Process dispatch paperwork, raise purchase orders, and scan various documentation.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics via email and phone.
  • Continuously review activities adopting a proactive approach.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative in a key role to efficient site operation.
  • Familiarity with warehouse environment and adherence to PPE and health and safety protocols.
