About the Role
The purpose of this role is to lead a team responsible for the management and delivery of maintenance execution activities across various facilities, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures to achieve optimal maintenance and operational outcomes.
This position is based at a remote location, working Monday to Friday, with flexible travel arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to ensure delivery against performance targets.
- Ensure all teams follow established safety systems and procedures, and provide coaching and mentoring to teams as needed.
- Deliver Business Operating System (BOS) principles with all teams and drive improvement in all areas.
- Monitor the application of maintenance execution processes within the team to support local and global compliance.
- Oversee and provide guidance to the execution of the weekly work schedule or shutdown schedules.
- Provide feedback to Planning, Systems, and Improvement on equipment capability assumptions.
- Ensure shift teams provide adequate problem-solving to drive plant reliability in the long term.
- Monitor costs and contribute to the Maintenance budget.
- Build business partnerships and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Guide Supervisors in the weekly planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and commitment of resources to the work schedule.
- Act as Contractor Owner/Representative for contractors/vendors used within the Facilities Maintenance environment.
- Risk Management – Risk and Control owner for the material risks identified within the I&S environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background and experience in:
- Facility Maintenance
- Risk Management – Risk and Control Owner
- Contractor/Vendor Management processes
- BMA Management of Change
- HSEC leading an Event and/or Investigation
Requirements
- Relevant Degree
- Qld Supervisor Statutory Training (Certification – S1, S2, S3, G2)
- Risk Management (G3, G7)
