The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Goonyella mine site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our maintenance system and driving the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of our maintenance system for client and management reporting
  • Effectively manage work teams to ensure safety, availability, and reliability targets are being met
  • Provide support, leadership, and supervision to our maintenance team
  • Manage the maintenance strategy and lifecycle budget for each machine
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, clients, OEMs, and service providers

Requirements

  • Australian recognized trade completion certificate
  • Minimum 3 years previous superintendent experience
  • High level of technical skills on a diverse fleet of equipment
  • Experience working on various heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Proven leadership in frontline maintenance
