The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Goonyella mine site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our maintenance system and driving the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of our maintenance system for client and management reporting
- Effectively manage work teams to ensure safety, availability, and reliability targets are being met
- Provide support, leadership, and supervision to our maintenance team
- Manage the maintenance strategy and lifecycle budget for each machine
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, clients, OEMs, and service providers
Requirements
- Australian recognized trade completion certificate
- Minimum 3 years previous superintendent experience
- High level of technical skills on a diverse fleet of equipment
- Experience working on various heavy earthmoving equipment
- Outstanding troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Proven leadership in frontline maintenance
