About this Role
The Superintendent Indigenous Support Liaison role will assist with the design and delivery of Asset and site-based Indigenous workforce initiatives. You will work with Talent & Performance to identify and deploy appropriate support mechanisms across Australia for Operations Services Indigenous employees. You will also support Indigenous Engagement team members and assist with complex case management loads and escalated concerns requiring additional cultural and/or policy expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Asset and site-based Indigenous workforce initiatives
- Work with Talent & Performance to identify and deploy support mechanisms
- Support Indigenous Engagement team members with complex case management loads
- Align Operations Services KPIs and metrics to Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to plan and deliver initiatives and culturally sensitive communications
- Ability to lead teams for high performance and inclusivity
- Previous experience in a similar role in case management, advocacy, or community development
- Relevant vocational, TAFE, or University qualification(s) in HR/ER, healthcare, or community development
Location
This role will be based in Mackay on a Monday – Friday basis. Travel will be required to our regional sites as needed.
