Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to fill the position of Team Leader in our Digital Surveillance Operations department.

The successful candidate will have experience leading a team and possess excellent management and leadership skills. They will also have a strong understanding of digital surveillance capabilities and be able to provide technical assistance and input to the development, deployment, and enhancement of these systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to showcase their technical knowledge, operational acumen, and excellent communications and problem-solving skills as an interface between frontline officers and highly specialized engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team that develops and operates bespoke digital surveillance capabilities
  • Apply technical knowledge to provide innovative solutions to real-time operational problems
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in the conduct of work within the organization
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in an information/communications/technology-related field or extensive demonstrated technical equivalent skills
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
