About the Role

Miller Leith is seeking a seasoned executive to drive the growth and operational efficiency of our business across key global markets. As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring margin enhancement, compliance, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase profit margins and streamline operations.
  • Ensure high compliance and quality standards across global operations.
  • Oversee customer experience initiatives to enhance market position.
  • Support global growth objectives, particularly in Canada and Europe.
  • Present strategic updates to the Board of Directors.
Requirements

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a strong commercial background and experience in customer engagement. Key skills required include:

  • Proven experience in operational leadership and business expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer experience.
  • Experience managing compliance and quality in a global context.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including Board interaction.
  • Ability to lead across different markets and time zones.
