Senior Leasing Manager

This is a critical leadership position that oversees the administration of lease agreements for a diverse portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease terms, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, optimising lease agreements, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, fostering a high-performing work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee and administer end-to-end lease retail leasing processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements that meet business needs.
- Develop and implement best practices for lease administration processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity while continually improving operating models and ways of working across internal and external teams.
- Conduct regular analysis of lease terms and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved lease performance.
- Extensive experience leading a team, preferably in a legal or lease administration function.
- Proven track record of guiding high-performing teams through change and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in-depth knowledge of retail lease structures, legal terminology, and compliance requirements.
