As an Account Executive Mid Market, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our FIRST-EVER SDR role in Australia. This challenging opportunity includes sales, products, and business development, offering a chance to change lives.

You will be the face of Connecteam, serving as the first point of contact with customers and exerting direct influence on our development and expansion. As a product expert and consultant, you will bridge the gap between the product, market, and departments within Connecteam.

Your responsibilities will include consulting businesses signed up to the platform, converting them into paying customers, providing exceptional customer service, and gathering insights to improve the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a product authority
  • Own the full sales cycle, managing your account pipeline and contributing to the team's pipeline
  • Be the company's eyes – No one in the company knows our clients better than the Sales team
  • Be the face of the company – Connecteam is known for outstanding customer service and approach
  • Influence the product based on client demands and needs
  • Cross-department involvement and information sharing
  • Independence and ownership of initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in SaaS companies
  • Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
  • Excellent customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
  • Self-learning, autodidact, and high independence
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated
  • Team player with strong communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment
  • Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us
  • Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri
