About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing your own accounts pipeline, taking leads from interested customers to happy paying clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product expert and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Manage your own accounts pipeline and take leads from interested customers to happy paying clients.
  • Be the face of Connecteam and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Influence product development by gathering feedback from clients and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and information sharing within the organization.
