Vice President of Delivery Leadership

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the successful execution of insurance technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivery leadership, strategic planning, and client management within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver end-to-end solutions for clients using Duck Creek Technologies Suite.
2. Develop and enforce methodologies, frameworks, and standards to align with organizational goals.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Skills:
1. 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 8 years in senior delivery roles.
2. Strong expertise in Duck Creek Technologies Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights).
3. Comprehensive understanding of the insurance value chain, especially P&C insurance.
4. Experience in leading cloud-based Duck Creek On-Demand implementations.
5. Proven success in leading large-scale Duck Creek projects or insurance technology transformations.
6. Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
7. Excellent team leadership and inter-personal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
