Global Insurance and Project Lead

The Insurance and Projects Manager sits within the Corporate Finance Team, reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Finance. This position involves ownership of insurance and projects across our global business.
- Lead the annual insurance renewal process, working closely with the broker and stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Analyze underwriter submissions and renewal information received from various departments by comparing key metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to identify potential claims and drive mitigation actions where necessary.
- Manage the insurance claim process, working with assessors and brokers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly reporting for one-time expenses and extraordinary projects across the business.
- Budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Negotiating country-specific documentation and reporting requirements.
- Developing strategies to align operational activities with strategic goals.
- Overseeing the lease program and its implementation in our system.
- Supporting the Mergers and Acquisitions team as needed.
As a global business, occasional out-of-hours work including conference calls may be required due to non-Australian time zones.
