We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the successful execution of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivery leadership, strategic planning, and client management within the insurance industry.

The role demands hands-on experience with Duck Creek Technologies, a strong ability to manage complex delivery frameworks, teams, and stakeholders. A comprehensive understanding of the insurance value chain is also essential.

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 8 years in senior delivery roles.
  • Strong expertise in Duck Creek Technologies Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights).
  • Experience in leading cloud-based implementations.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale technology transformations.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and enforce delivery methodologies, frameworks, and standards to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Team Management & Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams, providing strategic direction and thought leadership.
