About the Role:

As a senior technology leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of software engineering and testing practices, tools, and standards within our IT division.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex software engineering and testing projects, as well as experience in hiring, retaining, and developing high-performance teams.

You will work closely with IT leaders to develop resource plans and objectives that align with strategic goals, and oversee the planning and execution of technology solutions through Delivery Leads and Team Leads.

In addition, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and enforcing software engineering and testing standards, practices, processes, and tooling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing software engineering and testing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and enhancing technical solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex software engineering and testing projects.
  • Success in hiring, retaining, and developing high-performance teams.
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ Software Engineers and Test Analysts.
  • Deep knowledge of software engineering and testing standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills to maintain, enhance, and deliver technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and divisions.
