Key Role Summary

A seasoned technology leader is sought to drive the commercial technology operations and strategic project delivery.

About the Position

This senior leadership role will oversee project execution, commercial management, governance, and people strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure technology investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver tangible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide technology projects aligned to business goals.
  • Negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
  • Define and enforce governance frameworks for project delivery and commercial operations.
  • Lead the technology people strategy, managing headcount, contingent workforce, and team engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technology leadership, project delivery, and commercial management. They will be able to lead high-impact initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable business value.

Technical Requirements:

  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contracts, and negotiation techniques.
  • Governance Frameworks: Ability to design and implement effective governance frameworks for project delivery and commercial operations.
  • People Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing technology people strategies, including headcount planning, talent acquisition, and team engagement.
