We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Day Tours Associate.
- This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in hospitality and administration to develop their skills in customer service, tour operations, and sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to the operations team by ensuring seamless tour experiences for guests.
- Completing daily administrative tasks, including managing reservations systems and producing reports as required.
- Communicating regularly with the operations team regarding any changes or updates.
- Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email, responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Promoting and advising on our SEIT products, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Assisting with coach dispatch as required, ensuring smooth logistics and timely departures.
- Maintaining accurate details in reservations systems, producing reports and supporting operational decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in all formats.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable addressing guest enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Able to work in pressure situations and problem solve effectively.
