Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to the operations team by ensuring seamless tour experiences for guests.
  • Completing daily administrative tasks, including managing reservations systems and producing reports as required.

  • Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email, responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Maintaining accurate details in reservations systems, producing reports and supporting operational decisions.
Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable addressing guest enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Able to work in pressure situations and problem solve effectively.
