We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team in Ayers Rock, Australia. As an Adventure Tourism Professional, you will play a crucial support role to our operations team, ensuring the smooth running of tours and providing exceptional customer service.
About You- Excellent communication skills in all formats and strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to organize and manage your time efficiently
- Comfortable addressing guest inquiries and problem-solving in pressure situations
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Enjoy comprehensive training to get up to speed - no prior tourism experience required
- Work a rotating roster including early mornings and regular weekend work
- Assist with coach dispatch as required and maintain accurate records in reservation systems
