We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Day Tours Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in tourism, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team to ensure the smooth running of tours
  • Complete daily administrative tasks
  • Communicate regularly with operations regarding any changes or updates
  • Contact guests to retrieve information and communicate any changes via phone and email
  • Promote and provide advice on our amazing products
  • Assist with coach dispatch as required
  • Maintain accurate details in reservations systems and produce reports as required

About You

This role would be best suited to those with a hospitality and/or admin background. No prior tourism experience is required.

We welcome all applications, including recent school leavers and visa holders. You will have:

  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong communication skills in all formats
  • The ability to organise and manage your time
  • Be comfortable addressing guest enquiries
  • Be comfortable in pressure situations and problem solve
