About the Role

As a Day Tours Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable outback adventure experience. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure the smooth running of tours, handling daily administrative tasks and communicating regularly regarding any changes or updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support operational teams to guarantee seamless tour experiences
  • Manage day-to-day administration efficiently
  • Maintain regular communication with operations for updates and changes
  • Engage with guests as needed for information retrieval and change notifications via phone and email
  • Promote and provide expert advice on SEIT products
  • Assist with coach dispatch as required
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in reservation systems and produce reports as necessary
About You
  • This role is ideal for individuals with experience in hospitality and/or administration
  • No prior tourism background is necessary
  • We welcome applications from all candidates, including recent school leavers and visa holders

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication abilities across various formats
  • The ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable handling guest inquiries
  • Ability to perform under pressure and resolve issues promptly
  • Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
