Tourism Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Day Tours Consultant to join our team in Ayers Rock. This is an exceptional opportunity to embark on a career in tourism, where you will have the chance to work with a small group touring company operating quality, exclusive tours in central Australia.

About the Role:

• Provide crucial support to our operations team to ensure the smooth running of tours.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, including communication with guests and updates to operations teams.
• Promote and provide advice on our SEIT products, assisting with coach dispatch as required.
• Maintain accurate details in reservations systems and produce reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent people skills and strong communication skills in all formats.
• The ability to organise and manage your time effectively.
• A passion for culture, history, and the environment.
• Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
• Candidates with a second language are encouraged to apply.
