This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within Patient Billing Shared Services. You will work collaboratively with your team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be experienced in finance, billing, or administration (healthcare experience highly regarded). Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with patients and stakeholders with empathy and discretion are essential. Proven ability to follow procedures while exercising sound judgment in sensitive situations is also required.

  • Generating invoices accurately and on time, in line with service agreements, policies, and legislation.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for patients, carers, and health entities, providing professional and compassionate customer service.
  • Supporting billing operations through administration, quality control, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborating with your team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
