Job Title:Energy Billing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy vendors.

  • Billing Compliance Specialist
  • Energy Bill Auditor
  • Client Relationship Manager
  • Data Entry Clerk – Energy Bills
  • Billing Data Analyst

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts, billing, or energy sector roles (1–2 years preferred).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, track outstanding issues, and ensure timely resolution without oversight.
  • Ability to manage routine, repetitive work with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Desirable: strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Validate and process energy bills for multiple clients.
  2. Liaise with energy vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  3. Maintain accurate billing records in reporting platforms.
  4. Identify and escalate billing anomalies or process inefficiencies.
