About the Role

The Executive Services Officer will play a key role in providing administrative support to Senior Officers. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, efficient and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and administrative services to Senior Officers.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to diverse clients and community bodies.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain diaries.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute to attendees.
  • Coordinate room bookings and functions.
  • Organise travel and accommodation.
  • Provide advice on office procedures and produce advanced documents.
  • Undertake work across regional services activities.
  • Use spreadsheets and databases to assist in preparation of material.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in executive administration.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Suite.
