Job Title:

Administration Assistant - Regional Support

About the Role:

The Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests to the office
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff and external contractors
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies
  • Supporting the onboarding of new staff
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Preparing compliance reports
  • Liaising with government departments
  • Scanning and emailing training documentation
  • Organising catering for meetings and training sessions
  • Managing property leases and maintenance requests
  • Overseeing vehicle management
  • Coordinating residential placement openings/closures
  • Purchasing furniture and preparing work orders
  • Using systems such as Humanforce, ELMO, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
About You:

Bring life experience, patience, empathy, and resilience to this role. Proactive and approachable, you build rapport easily with your team. Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Windows 10 are required.

You Will Need:
  • QLD P2 driver's licence
  • Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role
  • Current QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to complete short courses required to work within QLD child protection
  • Current Licensed Care Service check through the Department or willingness to obtain
