About the Role:



This vacancy is for a Team Assistant to work on a permanent basis, focusing on supporting a collaborative and high-performing team to achieve excellent recruitment results.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with administrative projects and daily placements
  • Actively maintain, update, and navigate candidate records
  • Complete reference checks on candidates
  • Write job ads and perform general administrative duties
  • Provide exceptional support to the team, particularly when consultants are busy


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Tech-savviness and ability to navigate Office 365 Suite
  • High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
