About the Role:
This vacancy is for a Team Assistant to work on a permanent basis, focusing on supporting a collaborative and high-performing team to achieve excellent recruitment results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative projects and daily placements
- Actively maintain, update, and navigate candidate records
- Complete reference checks on candidates
- Write job ads and perform general administrative duties
- Provide exceptional support to the team, particularly when consultants are busy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Tech-savviness and ability to navigate Office 365 Suite
- High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
