Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team in the Northern Rivers Region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled administration professionals with government experience to support various projects and contribute to impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain accurate project financials, providing timely updates as required.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports to management, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, engaging and consulting with relevant parties to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • Prior government experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous project support experience is advantageous, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong experience working with financial and information management systems, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compliance skills to review documentation and data, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
Estimated Salary Range:

AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This salary estimate takes into account the location (Northern Rivers Region) and the level of experience required for this role.
