About the Role

The Senior Administration Officer provides high-level administrative support to the Grand Pacific Health team, ensuring the smooth operation of the centre and exceptional service delivery to young people.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until February 2026, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enjoy a rostered day off each month.

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with:

  • Qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Sound working knowledge of MBS, including processes related to item claims and billing
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
