Support the Business Advisory Division

As an Admin Assistant at RSM, you will contribute to the team's administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings, prepare supporting documentation, and manage room bookings and invitations.
  • Sort, record, and distribute mail, ensuring outgoing mail is recorded and mailed daily.
  • Maintain the archiving system, retrieving and destroying files as required.
  • Perform general administration duties, including scanning, filing documents, and maintaining registers.
  • Answer telephones, check voicemails, and handle office deliveries.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, marketing activities, and data entry duties.
  • Process new client applications and assist with bank reconciliations and transaction recording.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Completion of Year 12 and 12-18 months in a similar role.
  • Desirable: Certificate in Business Administration.
