Support the Business Advisory Division
As an Admin Assistant at RSM, you will contribute to the team's administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings, prepare supporting documentation, and manage room bookings and invitations.
- Sort, record, and distribute mail, ensuring outgoing mail is recorded and mailed daily.
- Maintain the archiving system, retrieving and destroying files as required.
- Perform general administration duties, including scanning, filing documents, and maintaining registers.
- Answer telephones, check voicemails, and handle office deliveries.
- Assist with travel arrangements, marketing activities, and data entry duties.
- Process new client applications and assist with bank reconciliations and transaction recording.
Requirements:
- Essential: Completion of Year 12 and 12-18 months in a similar role.
- Desirable: Certificate in Business Administration.
