Job Overview

SOS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, quotations meetings and events.
  • Coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of installations and training sessions for fire safety equipment.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up on client enquiries.
  • Provide support to team members and assist in project coordination as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive office environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, coordination, administration, or scheduling/quoting would be highly advantageous although training will be provided.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling applications.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
