Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Business Advisory division. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and manage supporting documentation, room bookings, and invitations.
  • Sort, record, and deliver mail, ensuring outgoing mail is recorded and mailed daily.
  • Maintain the archiving system, retrieve and destroy files as required, and perform general administration duties.
  • Answer telephones, check voicemail messages, and handle deliveries for the office.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, marketing activities, and data entry duties, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Completion of Year 12, 12-18 months of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Desirable: Certificate in Business Administration.
