Accessible Service Manager

The successful candidate will lead our Goulburn Loddon service in Shepparton to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centered services.
- Leadership – inspire, consult and guide the team to strive for excellence

- Manage day-to-day service delivery to ensure operational efficiency
- Set clear expectations and monitor key performance indicators
- Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in disability or a related field and have a minimum three years' experience in operations leadership within the NDIS-era disability sector.
