Essential Skills and Experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector, with a strong command of NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Proven ability to build workforce capacity and practice capabilities, managing operations effectively.
  • Considerable hands-on experience in transitioning new customers, establishing services, and nurturing growth opportunities.
  • Strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex environments.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • Sound financial analysis and budget management skills.
