
Financial Operations Coordinator

The Payroll Administrator position involves the preparation of employee statements, detailing gross and net salaries, as well as deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans.
Main responsibilities include:
- Preparation and reconciliation of period-end reports with bank statements to ensure accuracy
- Maintenance of payroll records and employee attendance, leave and overtime data for accurate pay and benefit entitlements calculation
- Communication of payroll matters and benefit plans to employees
- Compilation of statistical reports
Applicants should hold a college diploma or certificate in a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is essential.
The successful candidate will work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
