Expert Payroll Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll procedures, maintaining accurate financial records, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate statements of earnings for employees, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data in a secure and organized manner
- Perform various clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems, data entry, and preparing reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding payroll matters and benefit plans
- Compile statistics and reports to support business decisions
- Education: College diploma or certificate in a related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in payroll administration or a related field
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Access; knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Language skills: English fluency required
- Security clearance: Criminal record check required
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
