
Strategic Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our organisation. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and strengthening our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
- Manage banking activities including account reconciliations to guarantee accurate financial records.
- Administer payroll functions to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Prepare detailed management reports to support operational decision-making.
- Handle tax compliance responsibilities such as BAS preparation and reporting.
- Take charge of invoicing procedures, credit control measures, and debtor management to optimise cash flow.
- Track assets and equipment, maintaining accurate records for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within similar industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Xero accounting software to manage daily financial tasks efficiently.
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes along with expertise in regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organisational abilities paired with high attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
