Transform Your Financial Future as a Senior Bookkeeper
Job Description:Our organization requires a skilled and organized Senior Bookkeeper to help drive financial success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, forecasting cash flows, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain month-end financial statements
- Update and maintain accurate rolling 13-week cash forecasts
- Process payables and receivables in our accounting system
- Post and reconcile daily bank and credit card transactions
- Help clean up customer/vendor data to improve accuracy
- Support payroll processing and reconcile CRA remittances
- Track and support our inventory and rental asset entries
- Generate weekly AR and AP reports to guide cash decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience (QBO required)
- Proven ability to update/maintain accurate rolling 13-week cash forecasts
- Detail-oriented and deadline-respecting mindset
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting software
- Experience in the equipment industry preferred but not required
