Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering and at least 12 months of experience working in a QC role in food manufacturing industry or in a laboratory.

You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as technical knowledge of HACCP and GMP practices. Basic SAP knowledge is also highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct testing and release of products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless production processes
  • Set up sensory samples for tasting and participate in panel tastings
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a QC role in food manufacturing industry or in a laboratory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of HACCP and GMP practices
  • Basic SAP knowledge
