Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality oversight efforts. As a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, you will ensure that our specialty products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular QC checks and testing across production to maintain food safety and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Lead projects to enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Product Development: Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels.
  • Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Audit and Compliance: Lead audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
