Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Coordinator to join our Events team. As the primary point of contact throughout events, you will provide hands-on support to ensure a smooth execution of day-to-day event operations. You will work closely with our Kitchen and team members to communicate and coordinate between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event setup, logistics, and teardown
  • Ensure effective communication with internal teams and clients
  • Maintain attention to detail and high-quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in events or related field
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Friendly, approachable nature with excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Hold current RSA & RCG certifications
