Security Shift Supervisor

This role involves supervising a team in a healthcare organisation, coordinating staff and procedures during emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have advanced interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse people. They should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Additionally, they should possess sound knowledge of acts, regulations, standards, practices and procedures relevant to security services.

  • Supervise a security services team within a healthcare or similar organisation
  • Coordinate staff and procedures in emergency situations
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Sound knowledge of Acts, regulations, standards, practices and procedures relevant to the provision of security fire, safety and security services
