Currently, Trident Services Australia has an exciting opportunity for energetic and safety-focused security officers to join our team at South Bank. There are Part-Time and casual positions on offer. The positions focus on creating a safe environment for the client and customers at all sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a current security license and the eagerness to progress their career.

Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Identifying, reporting, and recording risks while on shift
  • Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries
  • Utilising strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Undertaking conflict resolution and de-escalation methods
  • Maintaining a complete understanding of workplace protocols including Emergency procedures
  • Regular foot and vehicle patrolling as well as CCTV monitoring

Minimum Criteria
  • Min. 2 Years CCTV
  • Current Queensland Security License
  • Current Unarmed License
  • Current Crowd Control License
  • Current Monitoring License
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Current Driver\'s License
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
  • High personal integrity and grooming standards
  • Ability to work events
  • Practical verbal and written communication skills
  • Incident management and reporting skills
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Well-developed client service skills
  • Customer Service experience
