You will be accountable for leading clinical cost centres, ensuring efficient management of outpatient and elective surgery waitlists, and maintaining strong business relationships with associates across Mater facilities.
Key Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate specialty nursing experience
- Effective management skills, including the ability to manage budgets
- Ability to assess and advise on nursing and administration processes, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
